This is Alexandra, my 5 year old. She's blonde, blue-eyed,
looks like a little angel, and her demonic behavior is legendary. <g> Gets
it from her father's side of the family, I'm certain. She's bright, inquisitive,
loving and affectionate most of the time, but has a temper befitting a drunken
Irishman. When she's angry, she can shoot lethal daggers from her eyes. She
loves Disney movies, coloring and practicing her alphabet, building things
with Legos, dancing (she takes ballet, jazz and tap) and is proud to be a
big sister. She also wants to learn how to cook, and watches all those PBS
cooking shows intently. She likes computer games, and has now got a website
of her own.
This is my youngest, Samantha. She was a miracle, being
born 11 weeks early and weighing only 2 1/2 pounds. She had a rough time of
it the first few months of her life, but has bounced back nicely. She is happy-go-lucky,
healthy, and full of mischief. She loves Winnie the Pooh (and has had the
nickname "Pooh" since she was an infant). She likes to build with blocks,
have books read to her, and is a big Sesame Street fan. She adores her big
sister, no matter how much she gets throttled by her, and is becoming quite
the little chatterbox lately, even though she didn't say a word till she was
almost 2.
This is my oldest daughter, Lindsay
and her boyfriend, Hector at prom this year.
Here's one of the two little
heathens on Halloween of '99. Sami is the pumpkin, obviously. Alex's costume
is a bit harder to figure out, but she's supposed to be a gypsy.
